There is a facility for 'sale or return' and discounts for bulk orders may be available.
Your order
Orders are accepted on the basis that they are bona fide, but we reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent.
If you notice an error whilst placing an order do not proceed with the order, please contact us.
Please double-check your order before pressing the confirm button.
The price of each product is exclusive of the cost of delivery, packaging, transport insurance and Value Added Tax (VAT). When placing an order delivery, packaging and transport insurance are added to the order. Customs duties and all other taxes, duties and expenses in respect of the goods may be added by the relevant authorities, all of which shall be paid by you. You are responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the products into the country of destination.
In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and advise of an alternative delivery date. In the event that a product is discontinued we will contact you to arrange an alternative product or refund.
Once an order has been placed you can cancel the order within 15 minutes if you contact us with the details of your error. If you do not contact us within 15 minutes we will assume you have not made an error - please refer to our returns procedure below.

Payment method
We accept payment via Paypal, which covers both direct payment from a Paypal account and payment via Credit Card.
Website security
Our web site uses Paypal to process all payments, we comply to their recommendations so please refer to their security statement.
We take your security seriously and we do not hold financial or personal information about you.
We hold you registration details on our server and take every precaution to ensure your privacy. We do not hold your credit card details. We will not sell or pass on your details to any third party.
Delivery
If you place an order to the value of 150GBP or over – shipping is free.
Shipping costs are calculated by the system as you go, click 'Proceed to checkout' to see the delivery costs for the items currently in your basket.
We've tried to be as fair as possible with our delivery charges, items are often bundled. So you'll notice a benefit when you purchase multiple items, even if they're of a different type.
Any delivery dates given are given for guidance purposes only. Although we will use all reasonable efforts to meet delivery dates, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential for any delay in delivery, in whole or in part, howsoever caused.
If you refuse or fail to take delivery of the products on the date of delivery, we will be entitled at our discretion to store the products at your risk and you shall in addition to the price payable pay all costs and expenses of such storage and any additional costs of carriage incurred.
All products must be inspected by you immediately on delivery. If any products are damaged or lost or if there has been short delivery, you must endorse the consignment note supplied by the carrier accordingly and submit a detailed claim to us within 48 hours of delivery. Your signature on the consignment note without any such endorsement shall release us from any liability in respect of damage or loss in transit or short delivery. In the event of a valid claim in respect of the products (which is based on any damage to, loss in or short delivery of the products), we will apply our returns procedure as detailed below.
Returns
If the delivery you receive is damaged do not sign for it and contact us immediately.
If you are not completly satisfied with your product and want a refund simply contact us within 48 hours, then re-pack, and send back to us in its original condition, with a reputable courier (at your own cost) within 7 working days once we have received and checked the returned item we will give you a full refund less any postage costs charged in the original order.
We try to display our images as accurately as possible due to lighting effects and monitor settings, colours may differ slightly due to lighting effects or specification of monitor/settings, the colours on the website are as close as possible to the original. Textured Art is paint to order and due to the processes involved there may be slight variations in colour and texture. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

All copyright, design and the intellectual property rights existing in our designs, products & images, are and will always remain completely or in part the strict property of CSCape except where indicated as a third parties respective copyright agreement. These images, designs, photographs and text must not be reproduced, modified, distributed or used for any commercial or personal purposes in any way without permission from CSCape. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously by our solicitors.
Legal framework
The construction, validity and performance of these terms shall be governed by English law and by accepting these terms the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
